Where is this list of DSI games that are needed to do a downgrade? My kids have a tonne of them kicking around here.

You can find the DSiware games on Plailect's DSiware downgrade guide. The DSiware games need to be bought from the eShop, a physical cartridge will not work. Browserhax was patched in 11.1, you'll need another entrypoint.

Any entrypoint that works on 11.0 that isn't menuhax or blocked by the update nag will work.

Also when using ctr-httpwn, make sure you exit HBL using the option to not reboot, you'll get an error when it loads home menu but just ignore it and hit A. If you exit HBL using reboot ctr-httpwn won't work.
