and i know that, and it won't give downgrade unless you find an arm9 exploit that can be achieved without k11 svc-mode code exec

Weird, it is clearly written on 3dbrew that it gives access to ALL services.

check what accessing all services allows. it definitely doesn't allow downgrading and doesn't allow more than kernel11 svc-mode code exec.

Waithax doesn't by itself allow downgrading, but it does allow you to run all SVCs. That's enough for 3ds dsiwarehax installer to run. And with that running, you can inject a hacked save into a dsiware game. And hacked dsiware games can definitely downgrade firm.

Except I was talking about veryslowpidhax, not waithax
