Hate to ask, but from someone that could be declaired a n00b. How does one go about using this? Are we waiting for someone to make a program?

Right now you just need someone to incorporate this code into something useful that requires arm11 kernelhax, e.g. a DSiWarehax save installer. The hard work is done.

Direct downgrades to 9.2 won't be possible with just this exploit unfortunately. You'll need an exploit to bypass the arm9 blacklist, there's an exploitable bug supposedly but no code has been written that implements this.

I am, on my side, working on veryslowpidhax, that would allow access to all services on the latest firmware. This would take about 3 months to run...

waithax/slowhax gives SVC-mode code exec in 20 minutes on n3ds or 1h on o3ds. success rate is 100%; veryslowpidhax is not worth it, really.

I know, really. I just noticed that people are actually THAT patient to let their 3ds on for 3 months. This could still be useful as it would permit downgrades on 11.2.
