Hacking Getting back into 3DS

Hey guys,

I have not used my 3Ds for about 15 months and have just came back to it with the release of the new Pokémon games. I have come to realise that all of my modded content which has been available on my 3DS has gone and I wanted to get back into modding.

I still have my Gateway chip and have a few cia saves from the last few Pokémon games on a USB. Have forgotten how to install everything back onto my 3DS so I need some help. Was wondering what the best way would be to get my old saves back onto the Nintendo and make the new Pokémon games available on my 3DS. I do wish to play online without the worry of getting banned. When I last used my Nintendo legit CIA's were the best way to do this but I am unsure if that is still the case now. Basically just asking for what I should install onto my Nintendo and how I would go about it.

Also my 3DS is a new one and currently on firmware 9.0.0-20E.

When I get to step 8 on this link https://3ds.guide/2.1.0-ctrtransfer , I cannot find a folder under any of the names listed. What do you think I should do?

Just finished the tutorial, thanks for all the help. Now I am just wondering what the best way is to get some games installed onto my 3ds. Over a year ago when I used my 3DS legit CIA's were the only way to play online and guarantee not getting banned. Just wondering what the best way to get games is currently without the risk of getting banned while using online services.

Also just wondering if there are any other useful/ important applications I should install onto my 3DS which you guys would recommend.

JKSM(save manager)
Homebr3w(Homebrew Shop)
DevMenu(Who knows when it can come to use)
The Homebrew Launcher cia
and some other app that I use and cant remember.

Google search 3ds title keys, go to that site, click on the QR code button underneath Download encTitleKeys.bin, scan that QR code in freeShop's settings. Hit Refresh Cache in freeShop's settings after scanning QR code.
