I'm apparently too stupid to do it myself with Pkhex because when i change my trainer information from Moon to Sun, and the time from Moon Time to Sun Time...when I load the save imported through JKSV...my character is invisible and the game freezes...

Have you try just copying the save data over to the other game? The games both use practically most of the same data, is probably not a issue. Or maybe unnecessary to convert.

I dunnp since i just was thinking based on observation and experience with other games.

It's actually nearly impossible, 'cause they are both different games, with different IDs and Region Banners and Layers, so it's nearly impossible. So sorry.
:(
Far from true, the savefiles are identical to each game aside from a few small values related to the Trainer Info. Those things you mentioned are related to the ROM, not the save.

You probably did nothing wrong, you must be experiencing the map coordinates glitch that an old version of PkHex causes when you edit the ROM. Use the latest builds from a few days ago and it should work. The only things that would need editing are the Trainer Game of Origin, Time Offset and optionally Game of Origin of your Pokémon.

I tried myself man... it's like trying to load a save from Fire Red to Leaf Green... it's nearly impossible, cause de hex values have a totally different arregment.
To make it work, you would need to edit hex values to match almostly 1:1, telling what data is from the boot (cause every save has a data for the game to read, letting it to tell if the save is correct for the game) and separate that from the gaming data, and modifing the boot data to the correct one, you should make it work.
I tried and my savefile got corrupted (from Sun to Moon), and I had to restart it.

You did something wrong, that doesn't make the save non transferable, the hex offsets are the same between games. But if you still don't want to believe me, maybe facts will convince you: https://gbatemp.net/threads/moving-pokemon-moon-to-sun.448161/

Mmmm... it worked with CIA versions, but with the cartidge version I couldn't do that.
It could be 'cause the region restriction? I didn't try it with a CIA version, and the CIA version (from the freeShop) is Region Free.
I didn't know that, sorry.
