Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

Most of the ones who helped make this thread like me actually pre ordered sun, moon, or both. we were just very eager to play it while we had the chance. And made the shitty mistake of playing it online to early

I don't think it's a shitty mistake when the very game asks can it go online, it's like the game was made so even if it was leaked most people wouldn't be ban if they were to just think for a second. unless you're the dummy who wanted to stream pokemon gameplay to your computer even when you don't fully understand what the apps you're using actually do.

I got banned myself, only got the 002-0102 ban I'm assuming since it was my first strike.
It's been about 16 days since I got banned, and these bans weren't immediate but they came DAYS (probably about a week) after I got online. I could even get on MK7 online still during the first ban wave, and a couple days later I was banned.

Could someone PM me the public discord LFCS? I don't a discord account and I may not use the file right away but it'd be nice to have it in case I decide to use it. Thanks in advance.

Hey said shitty mistake I was thinking more along the lines of stupid mistake there's a different connotation one seems more accidental the other is just imma make a dumb decision right about now regardless of the words definition it can be used in different ways.

There's another post with 3 ways to unban yourself and there's also a discord with more public seeds. before you pm no I don't have the link the only reason I know is because one of the mods of the discord made a post ealier today saying the public seed is rip but they have more.

Edit: deleted discord link because apparently I wasn't supposed to link to a public post that can be found by searching. I'll try find the other one.

Neverminding the possibility that people want to try before they buy, want to play during the launch rush but maybe can't afford a copy just yet, etc. etc., the pirated copy was available well in advance of a legitimate one for the vast majority of people, and it's not hard to imagine some people who had even already preordered might just be that impatient. Not everybody who pirates is a full-on leech.

Maybe I'm just not getting it. So they got banned for playing a game they preordered? If that's the case, why would they need access back? Besides, if I lost access to everything I bought and needed to circumvent a ban just to get back in the store, I think I'd be a bit more wary about digital purchases. If nothing else, physical games make nice display pieces.

But you can still get the games. The eShop is completely irrelevant to that - just use one of the numerous apps designed to download from the eShop servers. Playing online is one thing, but being able to access the eShop seems entirely pointless if you have the means to unban yourself in the first place. So I don't understand why eShop access would be top priority for some.

Guys in one thread I read through they said it was a 4 week or possibly 40 day ban. I wish I could find the link for the thread but I can't for the life of me. It's on this site somewhere though.

and in other thread you going to read it's 90 days ban,or 180 days.
Just gave up,the ban is permanent.
There is no real source from Nintendo to 40 or 90 days.

because now i cant do system transfer, so no dsiware downgrade. which means no buying any cheap 3ds's or new 3ds's. Unless i learn how to hard mod and solder.

my cousin was going to buy a 3ds xl for $60, now like it matters.

Well I can't contact them myself considering I don't speak Japanese...Someone else would have to do it...besides getting games early is not that hard, especially when I was in another town for a training period, I preordered Bravely Second and got it one week early, and I bought Fire Emblem Fates Birthright 2 days before its official release date in Europe.

I told them I just bought legit cart early and my console is unhacked.

And what I got is nothing，just nothing.

I send them like four times ，and never got an reply.Only the automatic confirmed email.

That's japanese people's attitude towards their customers，yeah，it's shitty.

The longest unban reported in the Chinese site I used to is 28 days.

And the other ban is just permanent included the 022 happened before this pokemon ban wave
