Is it possible for someone to develop a CFW that allows N3ds users to launch a O3ds Emunand? The only reason I am asking is because some people, myself included, want to transfer from N3ds to O3ds to downgrade the O3ds.

That likely won't be possible for a long time considering we can't launch emunands from a different console.

Might I ask why hack a old 3ds if you own a hacked new 3ds? The only legit reason I can see is for testing reasons but then you would be better off with a hardmod because that makes your device safer

I just want both to be hacked so in case my friends want to play games it would be like a 3ds that anyone could use.

The mk7 bundle comes on 6.X which is a good firmware for hacking. I think they are $70 bucks.
By time downgrade old3ds with new3ds is possible all the exploit games will likely be gone

Another route is finding a person or a shop who can do DSi Downgrade with O3DS, assume you have 11.0+ O3DS.
Beware some shops are retards, my local shop charging DSi Downgrade for $50 without shipping cost.
Adding $20 and I can get hardmod one.

Are you saying you want to DSiWare downgrade your o3DS with your n3DS? Yeah system transfer from n3DS to o3DS isn't possible so you're out of luck there. What version is your o3DS on? If its on 11.0/11.1 you could wait for slowhax, if not you'd need another hacked 2ds/o3ds or hardmodding.
