Hacking NTR CFW Other Apps

Can I change NTR CFW to be able to open apps that doesn't have cheats? Whenever I open anything other than games I have cheats, I have to reboot my console.

Also, can I change it to be able to go online, just like you can with Gateway? It's a bit annoying all the restarting I have to do.

That's normal. You have to use the ntr 3.2 bin, or don't use plugin to be able to play another game without reboot the 3ds.

Now I only need to have a workaround for playing online. Just use NTR for 2.5x Run Speed and 100% Catch Rate on Pokémon Sun, but everytime I want to go online, I gotta reboot my 3ds.
