I installed the preloaded cia a day then today I deleted it's ticket and tried the retail copy. still get the message

Import this dummy seed with fbi. (You need the latest fbi https://github.com/Steveice10/FBI/releases/download/2.4.2/FBI.cia )
Make a folder called "fbi" on the root of your sd card and inside that make a folder called "seed". Unzip the attached file and put the .dat in the seed folder. Open fbi and go to titles and hover over super mario maker. Select it with a and click the option "Import seed"
Try booting the game and it will work

You won't get banned as they can't track the dummy seed. You can get banned for playing online though

If you installed the cart leak and already had the preload you need a dummy seed for it to work. Carts don't need seeds and therefor a dummy one works
If you only installed the preload then the dummy seed won't work as .cias check for legit seeds.
If you only install the cart leak then the dummy seed isn't need.

Just a random question how to I extract an already installed CIA? My friend wants Moon but the download speed is a$$ on his O3ds so I was wondering.
