Hardware Capture Card + New 3ds?

Been looking everywhere on the internet, and this seemed like the best place to ask. Is there anyone stateside that installs the capture cards for these things? The delay+Cost of sending to Japan seems... extreme.

With no soldering experience, I don't want to buy one and do it myself... Just trying to stream my first pokemon since Silver, lol

He's based in Japan, and a bit pricy. I'll pay the cost if that's my only option, but I was just wondering if there were alternatives.

their was another one but one of the two who offered had the issue that his consoles had the tendency to die after 1-2 years and repair would be expensive + took long, i'd go with katsu, the price is something you have to pay for his service since it's really a not far spread one, but honestly if you treat NTR right it can stream perfectly fine with 30+ fps, and it cost nothing but investing some time in to cfw your 3ds.
