Alright, when should I dump the RAM? After I enable the cheats I was using? I never enabled the duplication one. I only enabled the speed hack, moon jump, and text to item.

Go inside your house and dump RAM. make sure you press b to dump all memory regions.

Ok, looking at your dump, everything is in place. Are you enabling anything else besides duplication? Try it without anything else.
If not, maybe the plugin has an error or something, so just re download from either the OP, or you can try out the latest beta here https://github.com/RyDog199/ACNL-NTR-Cheats/releases

I don't even have duplication enabled, which is why I'm confused. I just assumed it was duplication because R is the key for it, if I'm not mistaken.
EDIT: 3.1 Beta 3 works and doesn't crash with the same cheats I had on before! Honestly not sure what was happening but if this update fixed it then I suppose it doesn't matter, huh?

I tested out the 1.5 update on the JP version and it seems like I can't get duplication to work, but I'm not sure if it worked before the update or if people even test the JP version..

I can confirm that neither duplication nor text-to-item work in the JP version... but world seeder does. Walk through walls doesn't, but super speed and mega jump do.

Unfortunately I can't compile the cheat plugins on linux to test or I'd fix it now, so i'll have to check it out later when I'm at my windows pc.

Yes but the latest beta from Github or latest version from the OP? I'm asking this because EUR doesn't work currently with the latest beta so JAP also shouldn't work, sorry if I'm being annoying

1.1 is the update that patches that big glitch in the Japanese game and comes preinstalled with EUR and USA.
1.4 is the Welcome Amiibo update
1.5 is a patch that fixes error 004-6006 for EUR and JAP.
