Hacking 2DS transfer question

Since nobody answered me in the noob paradise, i'm posting a new topic

I have a banned A9LH 2DS and a fresh new A9LH NEW3DS;
My 2DS is region transfered fom EU to USA;
2DS get's an error when i try to go into the eShop due to country update;

If i make an emuNAND on the NEW3DS, unlink it from the sysNAND, and to a System Transfer from the 2DS to that NEW3DS emuNAND...

Will my NEW3DS (sysNAND) still be good and without the ban stuff?

Will my 2DS get eShop access after the transfer (to buy DSiWare and do the DSiDowngrade to another 3DS after a week)?

I don't think anything will change about the 2ds, but I know the n3ds will be fine because console bans are to the system, I.e serial code. What your basically saying is that the serial code would transfer to the other 3ds, which it won't

Dosent it ask you to set your region when you first initiate the system?

Fished around and found a reddit post, if you format the source system then delete your nnid you will be able to download free things off the eshop if you create an nnid account for whatever region you change to. No legit purchases tho, sorry

it doesn't work it still says that my system changed countries when i try to fo into the eshop, then i get the error when i confirm the Euro to Dolar values conversion

You can't system transfer between 2 regions even if the 2ds has been region changed
