Finally did some haxchi work again today, now its using devkitppc r28 which makes for smaller files and I've added support for 6 new games, adding up to 16 games by now!
https://github.com/FIX94/haxchi/releases/tag/v1.8
One thing I would like to mention, it is entirely possible that zelda spirit tracks is already compatible with this, somebody has to test that though by uploading the super mario 64 ds zip file into their game and tell me if it works, if it actually does then that brings us up to 17 games total.
edit: spirit tracks now is also part of the v1.8 release, so now it actually does support 17 games.
Working on it, still have some python 2.7 issues but now works with python 3.5, you can check my github if you see the problem (its because the game list exeed 10 elements).

The error happens on line 100

im getting this error can anyone help please

Exception AttributeError: "wupclient instance has no attribute 'fsa_handle'" in <bound method wupclient.__del__ of <wupclient.wupclient instance at 0x027CD3C8>> ignored

I'm getting an issue where it seems to not connect, but it goes by too fast for me to see why. I can use normal wupclient just fine, so if someone could just tell me where to manually send the files it would be appreciated!

Edit: So somehow my Wii U's IP address went ahead and changed on me, all good now!

Uhm, this is my issue. I tried SEVEN TIMES to install Haxchi with the automatic installer but damn, sometimes the console just freezes, sometimes the installer says: "Installation 100% complete", i restart my console, and still nothing. Can someone help me?

Did you put the right game ? The right location (check if its on USB or not). Which game is it ?

Jesus Christ! I tried the 1.2 version of haxchi installer, STILL NOTHING. the installation took about 15 minutes because i changed both icon and bootsound, everything works fine, i got the "Installation complete" screen, and for the first time no errors. But still nothing, restarted my Wii U and i still have Brain Training

It should work with brain age on USB or NAND.

Do you have REDNAND ? You need to boot with the sysnand fw.img, otherwise, it will install it on rednand.
Since the process went well, its really strange that it doesnt work. The icons were replaced or not ?

Nothing worked, not even the icons. I have a rednand, but i used a sysnand fw.img :\

Could you please explain to me what you mean by this in detail? I've read several pages of this thread, but I don't really get it. So my fw.img has been created using the sources from github.com/dimok789. Is this wrong? All I want to do is instead of booting my (currently perfectly fine working) rednand image via visiting the website, I'd like to have it appear as a channel / link after the Wii U booted up. It doesn't matter if this link opens Homebrew Launcher or starts rednand directly.
So do I have to replace my existing fw.img with something else before I can execute your installation script?

Thanks!
