I've already done that piece of the process. I mean the server side link that keeps it bound to one 3ds id. So that i could give the id to a different system.

Actually some of my friend

If the target console is banned.. the transfer will also throw an error. They both need to be "unbanned" with this method, or not banned at all, for it to work. Though only the source would be unbanned if both are banned.

OH,so there is still no way to save the banned NNID? I think I just should say goodbye to my pokemon in the pokebank

About the ban is temporary or not

Actually I write in Japanese contact to the nintendo japan,but they ask for my device ID and FC code,so I still didn't reply of them because I am afraid to be in some Blacklist.

But some of my friend actually banned by using the pre-released cart

Am I going to let them claim this in Japanese to get more information？

Cause I think it is the Japanese Nintendo to make decision，so I am still not sure about the Germany email is ture or not

Anyway，Japanese is crazy serious about pirate and pre-released，so maybe is just a waste of time.

There is no way to unlink the NNID server-side AFAIK, other than calling Nintendo, and like I said, since you're banned, they might not be kind.

ok thanks. Ill just live without having my NNID linked to my 3DS. There isnt really a use for one anyway considering i could use Pokemon homebrew bank.

Yeah, that's true. Though it does not have S/M support just yet.

Haha, yeah... might have to buy one, as well.. though I really like my New 3DS (non XL) and its sexy faceplates.

OK I will write a japanese letter for my friend with the cart now，he is not deserve it in my opinion。

Still hard，I think。He bought from HongKong seller online and sent to him in China。 There is no receipt and dispatch details exists in this situation。

He just got the cart in 18th and boom

though I don't think they'll unban him either way. Users have reported that Nintendo accused them of "modifying" the cartridge to play online, which is total crap, and an excuse for THEIR stupidity (I.E turning the
S/M servers on before launch).

I saw that article, but im not gonno belieave its confirmed unless its from japan, i also read somewhere that 0102 has nvr been permanent but i digress.... So can i use any 3ds to inject friendcodeseed? Even a 2ds maybe?

I restored my NAND backup on the target system to put it back to the way it was. It works 100%.
