No matter how many times i reinstall Haxchi, whether it be my own way or one of the automated things, whether it be rednand, sysnand or usb, It successfully installs but always boots into hbl no matter what. Even if i inject the config separately. Can someone please explain or point me in the right direction of what im doing wrong. Would like to try coldboothax.

You have to hold down your prefered button all the time until it boots.

Hi i bought the Brain Age game on eshop, this installer doesnt work for me...i tried everything, move the game to internal memory, move to HD, tried the install many times, everything looks ok on instalation, but when i turn off and on my WiiU the game is still there with it name, and opening the DS game... these many tries even bricked my rednand i had to do everything again to get this to work, help here please.

what i could possibily doing wrong?

EDIT:Confirmed to be brick-safe in case you follow the instructions correctly, but the console will have to boot twice every time you turn it on. When they work that out, this hopefully will be the definitive wii u hack.

I downloaded a free version of Brain age and used your script..

dunno if anyone noticed.. if you enter the wrong ip and then choose to change it .. it doesnt load in the new entry..

also i have ran this 3 times... and 3 times after going thorugh without error and getting the success message . i reboot to find brain training still .. well still brain training .. no clue what the issue is.. but i have removed usb . reinstall the game to nand... and ran the package three times.. no dice

At the end it does ask you to press enter, after that it is supposed to exit... so maybe it was successful...did you try to reboot your console and check for the Haxchi icon?

I edit to answer myself, I found the problem, the issue was my IP, I had 10.0.0.33:21, but there was no need to put :21 , so I just put 10.0.0.33 for my wii u ip and now is installing ok, still on the way.. but at least is installing.

I got it installed successfully, everything is working perfect, thanks a lot....!!!!

If you are using or have connected a USB (HDD) to the WiiU and you choose to be installed in the Internal Memory and everything getting success, first shut down or restart your WiiU, turn it on again and then go to Data Management and copy the game to the USB (HDD), it could ask you if overwrite the same game if it was also installed or copy to the USB (hdd), just say yes, after that try again it should work.

About IP, do not use ( : ), for example if you use FTPii to see the ip of your wiiu it will tell you that your ip is something like this 10.0.0.33:21, but to have it work ok you only need to write the ip without :21 in my case, so the final result to be write should be 10.0.0.33

That was my experience with some issue, I hope it could help you.

i ran the installer with a fresh copy on brain age on nand..(that was installed without a usb drive connected) .. three times it runs succesful / thre times its like i never ran it..

Finally did some haxchi work again today, now its using devkitppc r28 which makes for smaller files and I've added support for 6 new games, adding up to 16 games by now!

One thing I would like to mention, it is entirely possible that zelda spirit tracks is already compatible with this, somebody has to test that though by uploading the super mario 64 ds zip file into their game and tell me if it works, if it actually does then that brings us up to 17 games total.
edit: spirit tracks now is also part of the v1.8 release, so now it actually does support 17 games.

it just uses a newer devkitppc version and thats all so there is no real point to update to it.

Can i download one of the game while beeing on my rednand, install the game on my USBdevice, then launch it from the sysnand ?
