You cant see it in vitashell, or filezilla?
I had to right click in the remote pane of filezilla and choose refresh for all the folders to show.

So:
* Launch taihenkaku from beta.henkaku.xyz
* Open molecularshell, press start and enable unsafe homebrew from the menu
* Restart the vita
* Launch taihenkaku from beta.henkaku.xyz
* Open molecularshell, use it to ftp over the vpk for vitashell 1.42 then install it (https://github.com/TheOfficialFloW/VitaShell/releases/)
* Open vitashell and start FTP server
* Connect with filezilla, if any items are missing from the remote pane right click it and hit refresh

Are you %100 sure you have Vitashell 1.42? Not Molecularshell
I have both vitashell and molecularshell 1.42.

do you have a psp game or demo installed from the psn store?
Yes I do. Gold Fever.

The folder is gone. Where's I think with old henkaku it was there..?
Can't create new folders either..

Okay, I had the same problem.

Did you go into molecularshell and change the option for safe homebrew? You need to install TaiHenkaku Beta, allow the safe homebrew in MolecularShell, then reset the PS Vita, launch TaiHenkaku, Manually Install VitaShell 1.42 again through MolecularShell, and then you will have full permissions in VitaShell to make the folder.

EDIT: I didn't notice Count's post, but his way is the same and fully inclusive of everything you have to do.
