you also need the Xorpads from that same backup to decrypt it, and then you can explore it.

I was wondering if I need to put the nand.bin in sd root and try sysnand restore backup with decrypt9

Im in the same boat im thinking about doing this. Are you able to access everything on the new ds? Are you able to create a new nnid access eshop

Just install A9LH using using the guide, save the sun file, install JKSM on your o3DS XL, and get a LEGIT copy of Sun. Stay away from the Lurantis one. Since you're from the US, you're gonna be safe to play on the imported save.

I have the freeshop one now.

I suspect they'll tell me the same thing they told other people who contacted them: it's a pirated copy and I'm SOL.

backup your nand, inject old nan into emunand, dump localfriendcodeseed_b, restore your current nand, inject localfriendcodeseed_b

Well at least if they say so and if you're absolutely sure you didn't have wifi on when playing before release then we can safely assume that the leaked version was how they detected pirates.

So has any real progress been made since the first few hours after the ban wave?

I know we now have something that lets you create a new NNID (but doesn't fully work)
I know if you have 2 systems, or a different movable.sed you can make a new LFC and remove the online ban

Is that basically where we're still at in terms of unban progress?

I have literally been to the eshop and played online several times today. It didn't happen until a few minutes ago.

I bet you rebooted the system. The bans weren't activating until systems were rebooted.

the eshop ban can be fixed with luma patch so can bank for the game ban you need the moveable seed

False, the System also has to have performed a System Transfer at some point :/

uh its still ilegal to ban you from games you paid for the tos arent laws you nnid isn't banned but they still force you to buy another system if you want to redownload games you have delted of your ds

I never said it didn't... It's just an alternate source for people with issues with movable.sed
