So I did these steps and now I get a black screen with a message that shows
could not load file /wiiu/apps/loadiine_gx2/loadiine_gx2.elf

This can happen if you're using a small capacity card, like 2GB or less... What is the size of your SD card??

I meant that in my opinion (IMO) haxchi is the best coldboothax method, NOT THE SYSTEM.XML MODIFYING. If i had a ds vc game, i would haxchi it and stop there. IMO, coldboothax isnt worth the risk, haxchi + quick start is safe and easy.

I know what IMO means...
But saying that you have haxchi imo you have coldboothax sounds like saying haxchi = coldboothax, even if you didn't mean that...

If I browse my SD Card specifically the wiiu\apps these are the dirs I see...

loadiine_ZXR

That's the problem.
Name the folder (and the .elf inside loadiine) to mach that of the message.
You see, the site refers to a certain path. If its even 1 digit off it won't find it.

The .cfg file also or just the .elf file?

Only the .elf.
It's like the .exe of wii u.

.elf (Executable and Linkable File) files are the linux version of .exe files

consoles have used them since about 2006

If you choose this method, then be aware, that you can brick your console if you install systemconfigtool, or any system title to the systemNAND. So only install game titles, updates, and DLCs(<- to install/run DLC, or eshop-only title, or any VC title require you to run a signature patched fw.img) and you will be 100% safe.
