I'm testing from italy.. and the localfriendcodeseed_B is really unbanned..
i can give you any other information you want for help..

No I mean what are you doing on your banned 3ds to test if it worked?

i make all the guide 5-6 times again and again.. and for test i use mario kart 7.. ssbb 3ds ..

On your unbanned 3ds test if you can still go online.
If you can - Then you didnt do the guide right.
Export localfriendcodeseed_B from UNBANNED console,
Export secureinfo_a from BANNED console,
open secureinfo_a in HXD and edit the Console ID at the bottom - CHange all of it randomize it except dont change the first 2.
Now hit save and then get the nnidsave.bin from the guide and put all 3 of the files in a folder called files9 in your SD Card.
Import ALL of them to SysNAND and you should be unbanned.

Someone, please report if you are still able to access your Pokemon Bank after doing this.

Why would you need Pokemon Bank, I mean chances are if you have this issue you have used online play on Sun/Moon earlier than Nov.18, that being the case you must have cfw and have access to tools like Pkhex. So why do you care if Pokemon Bank works?

My Pokemon are still stored in Pokemon Bank? I thought it was a good place to keep them? I didn't know about Pkhex?

Ic well, for the future use Pkhex's PKM save capacity to create .pkm files of each of your pokemon, so it will be easier to transfer.

I think i need some help i cant boot back into gateway emunand, black screen

downloaded NNIDsave.bin, dumped friendcodeseed_B from spare JAP 3ds, and dumped secureinfo_A

changed the secureinfo_A and injected all 3 back into emunand options

Gateway CFW doesn't support an unsigned Secureinfo_A at the moment, so you'll have to switch to something like Luma until it does get added.

nice what fixed ur error? Did you do it properly with HXD this time?
