I'm on 9.2 and I keep getting a yellow screen trying to backup Moon
Same issue!!
you can't run this game on 9.2, therefore save managers under *hax won't work on it either. since you are on 9.2 you are able to quickly set up custom firmware though to update to the latest + keep homebrew (or do this in an emunand if you happen to have one).

What If Im on 11.1, I get stuck on a red screen when trying to access Pokemon moon with the version I have of JKSM, but i don't know where to find the one that supports pokemon moon

I use 9.2 and oothax to get to HBL. I have the latest Luma running 10.1 or 11.1, sorry cant remember atm, but I'm unable to install cia's for some reason. FBI states unable to intall cia and i have cia either in the cia folder or on sd root. I get the yellow screen when using JK in HBL on moon.

Same here

Yeah im having the same issue

Hoepfully its not just the firmware because that would suck
It is to do with the firmware, if you were on 11.1 or below then you wouldn't have the issue. Pokemon Sun&Moon has PASLR preventing save managers from extracting save files from it, if you want to export your save you'll have to install CFW or alternatively downgrade to 9.2 (but if you do this you may as well install CFW anyways). I don't know exactly what PASLR is but thats what causes the yellow/red screens

you would need to use it in your emunand then. what is the exact error FBI throws?

So do i need to upgrade or what? Now so i can put my file on my sd card

I don't believe I have emunand set up. It states installation failed. Fresh FBI placed in the location other homebrew folders are. I've tried placing cia's on the root and in the cia folder
you apparently have 9.2 and "11.x luma", so you do have an emunand. if you try to install, what is the error you get? you get more than just "installation failed".

I did the above but the browser just sits there when I put in the first address they listed for decrypt9, and the other three crash it.
are you sure you copied "Decrypt9WIP.dat" and "Launcher.dat" to the root of the SD card? also try resetting the browser ("Initialize Save Data" or something).
