I think the reason I didn't get banned when I went online (I wonder traded 3 pokes and gts'd a rowlette ) is because I used gateway with my own private header from an unplayed Pokemon x I own, where as people who installed cia's fool the system into thinking its an e shop version and the e shop version is impossible to have before release so Nintendo could ban everyone using the CIA easily

Just a thing guys. I had been banned with BOTH. Suddenly, after I deleted the game, reinstalled it. Got into my account online on Nintendo webiste and all, I decided to try opening eShop again. For some reason I got in. So, suggestion:
Try checking cuz some bans seem to be lifted. Or I did something that I don't know of that solved it oO

Yes, Lurantis deliberately altered the CIA to try to randomize information that could be traced back to him so he wouldn't be made redundant. The CIA was altered incorrectly and came out at Version 0.0.0

Literally any cartridge you convert to CIA is v0.

Did you just reinstall the same leaked CIA from a while back?

U need the LocalFriendListSeed_B or whatever from an unbanned console to bypass online play ban.

I just hope the bypass is permanent...

It looks at least indefinite, because Nintendo would have to change something about how their banning system even works to stop us now, but if they really wanted I guess they could check for cloned seeds or push out an update to make the check client side and report results back to the server (for example, if LocalFriendListSeed_B doesn't match the one on movable.sed, then it reports as spoofed and you get a ban)

I redownloaded the game from freeShop, reinjected my save. What else I did that I just remember was: I had forgotten if I had put a space on my NNID login or not, so I had a recovery done in the website, got an email, checked it, then logged in. Got the silver coin of the month, then checked the complete list of rewards, then left. Finished downloading the games, updated my plaza on freeShop cuz I recently had done a nand recovery and forgot to do that. And decided to enter eShop again and it was gone. What isn't gone is the online play ban, just checked that one using Triforce Heroes.

Can anyone else confirm this?

So if Doing system transfert from unbanned to a banned console fix the ban , now the unbanned will erase all data and create new LocalFriendSeedCode after the transfert?

So, step by step of what I did and whoever want to try something to check if their ban is lifted or if something I did lift the ban by mistake before a fix, go ahead.
1 - I used FBI to delete both games and their tickets. Started the download on freeShop and also updated my plaza.
2 - Got into https://my.nintendo.com/ using my NNID account.
3 - I had forgotten my username so I did a recovery for it, got it on my email, read the email to see it, logged in.
4 - Got the silver coin of the month.
5 - Checked the reward list.
6 - Finished downloading everything from freeShop
7 - Tried going online the eShop, it was like it my first time in eShop, and been working ever since.
8 - Online play still banned, checked on TriForce Heroes.

EDIT: Also, I was banned on the first wave ban. Wasn't actually caring much and was just reading stuff here through out the day while reinstalling stuff.

Ok guys I deleted the leak by deleting the software file+ticket and the extra data file too,I didn't go online and I'm not banned. What are the possibilitys of a legit backup of the game that's ban proof coming out tommorow? I live in the us so it should be ready by then.

Getting in on the eshop doesn't mean anything, any banned user can do it if he injects a blank nnidsave.bin and possibly change his SecurityInfoA number.

But you won't be able to actually download anything since it will ask for an NNID, and trying to create one will 2812 you.

I just deleted my game and ticket. Downloading from freeShop right now. I'll update everyone if this works.

To note, I have never been banned from My Nintendo, Miiverse, or Wii U (using same NNID). However I do get both 0102 (in-game) and 2812 (e-shop) errors. Hopefully this fixes it? Doubt it

download ETA is half an hour so I'll be back then with updates

the thing is, I had my NNID on. I didn't change A THING to go around my bans, and I had the ban message before. It wouldn't delete my NNID out of the blue, and I am online in my eShop account.
