CPS1/2/3 romsets are fully working on the rxp version of FBA 2012 I think we don't need the other cores anymore [emoji14]

They don't need to be suppressed, whether FBA works completely or not. If FBA breaks, the other cores can be used.

Elf and Rpx are different formats, and the Wii U handles them differently.
Rpx has less size limitations than the Elf files, which is one of the reasons.
