Worth a shot. I have both bans, but I was able to sign in to the website and go through the process of "download" the new Swapdoodle app, which is free. I'll see if it's on my 3DS when I get home in about an hour.

So I don't have an NNID, and can still access the eShop... I do have the online game error though (the one that has historically been attributed to a 15 day ban) - So if it is a 15 day ban for the online thing, does that mean after 15 days I can just create an NNID if I need one and be okay?
