Exactly like stargazertom said. Their not going to tell you if its permaban or not. why would they? Its our own faults anyways.

If you really want to find out for yourself then you call them and lie for an hour about how you are banned or whatever excuse you have, hell record the call on skype so we can all hear it. Me i hate talking on the phone anyways. Im more if a texter haha.

Im not saying the possibility of it being a permaban are none. Im saying we dont know for sure. And some random guy saying he called them... On the world wide web... Nah ill believe it when i see it for myself.

Well I mean like, it's kinda common courtesy to keep Wireless Communication & Wifi off before a game releases since the 3DS will share game data back to Nintendo. And I mean like, remove the ticket from the .cia. TikiSweep exists for a reason, folks.

There are people looking into it. Most of us just don't have the ability to do anything about it and can just speculate and wait.

I was one of those who used the game with wifi on, but didn't actually connect to anything in-game.
I also had turned off the "show friends what you are playing thing" if that is important to know.

I guess there's no second ban wave coming or it's super delayed.

But they told that dude it was permanent lol. people aren't helpful because they're not telling you what you want to hear. we know what these error codes mean, there's a list somewhere. even if it is just a 15 day ban, what are you going to do about it other then wait? you guys are keeping this stuff on the front page and it's getting annoying.

True. Most of the people have Luma w/AL9H ( since a commonly used guide uses Luma which comes with FBI, a CIA installer. )
If you followed the guide, you should have access to things like Decrypt, Hourglass, FBI, Hbl and TinyFormat.
^ I used most of those to experiment some theories of mine.

No most of us already realized how badly we fucked up. And until nintendo post "its a permaban. Youre fucked" then were not going to try anything. No matter what you guys say or argue about there is still a chance its a temp ban. And until the 15 days are up, even if their is a fix i wont be trying it

You guys are talking about sharing the same seed. all your devices are going to look the same from their servers. what do you think is going to happen when the same console gets online 200+ times at the same time?

Why wouldnt they tell you when a temp ban means a returning customer? wouldn't they want to ensure that customer?
