I want to confirm that there is a second wave ban.

I accidentally went online in Festival Plaza in Moon this past Sunday. I wasn't banned yesterday, but when I checked this morning, I got the 002-0102 error for online access. My eshop access is fine though.

It's a permaban, this has already been confirmed. seriously guys, this thread, and the four others, are almost 200 pages. it's time to stop whining.

I think the problem is that people have two different bans, one is supposedly perma and the other is the usual 15 days.

I think people will be forever banned from NNID services and unbanned from online after 15 days, by that is just a guess.

thing is people at nintedo would not have time to ban hundres of people theres probs detection in the servers that bans you for playing online early

Your being unhelpful like alot of people, but i'll bite.
If you call them, they'll simply say "your banned" and they won't tell you weather if it's temp or perm, so calling doesn't really help.

Atm, the only real thing I've found was to bypass the ban ( 002-0102, which most of the people are getting ) is by injecting a fresh LocalFriendCodeSeed_B through Decrypt9.
The only problem with this however is that if too many people use this seed, if one person gets banned, EVERYONE who uses the same seed will get banned.
Also, getting banned from online services is like one of the lightest punishments Nintendo could've given.
They could've sent Nintendo-Ninjas for crying out loud.
Like chill, 15 day ban, you can live.
Don't complain. You went online and brought it upon yourselves.

So 1 person has been told it was permanent when there are a number of others saying Ninty won't speak. Yup, ok then.
