Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

Anyone who can call Nintendo and ask whether or not it's a perma ban for first ever offenders?

Someone said the 2812 error doesn't have a duration according to the sdk? So it might be a permaban.

Maybe it's like being suspended/banned on certain forums...Maybe if we act good for a period of time they'll accept to review the ban or put us on a probation period and if we don't relapse we will get the ban lifted?

On Serebii.net they have untimed bans that lasts until the ban list is refreshed or an admin decides we have been punished enough...you can ask to get your ban lifted if you have not done any bad things for a couple of months but the ban list hasn't been refreshed then...

Hopefully Nintendo does something like that and we can get back on its good graces after some times laying low...

It doesn't really matter one way or the other. Banned is banned, wait 15 days and see if it's lifted, if not keep waiting, play offline, get a new DS or wait for a fix. There really is no point circling around the same questions over and over and over.
