Kind of. It's only disabled for those with NNIDs. Injecting an all-zero nnidsave.bin will give you eshop access again (minus your account, obviously). Evading the online game ban is currently not as simple, but can be done.

they did a ban wave since people did not get banned till like 2 days before the game comes out i went online 9 days early before and i had no issues untill now kinda a bad time to ban people you ban them just before the game comes out and not a week

Nintendo doesn't care if they banned people playing the game two days before release. They don't have to make exceptions to people who pirated their game and played online.

we don't know, i can download updates from the e-shop like pokemon ruby but when i try to make a new nintendo id it pops up 002-2812 but i can get in the e-shop, the other one also is there for online gaming

no. 0102 is online play ban & 2281 is eshop ban. We don't know if these are temp or perm bans.

I can go into settings and begin a new NNID setup, but I don't want to do this just yet. Having an NNID tied to the system and nuking it also removes all games and updates installed via the eshop, so if I don't want to have to reinstall game updates etc if I end up having to circumvent the eshop ban again.

002-0102 is the game service ban. 022-2812 is the NNID ban*. I can confirm this because after removing my NNID, this error did not appear anywhere.

*this could actually just be something along the lines of the NNID being blocked on this console. I've seen people say it does not affect their Wii U which has the same NNID signed in.

If you can get onto the miiverse website just fine with logging into your NNID, then your NNID isn't banned, its your console.

I hope that is true. I am more concerned with my NNID than with online play atm.
