Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

I tougth that too, but some people in this post (That are likely to know a lot more than me) said that this .cia is a different version of the actual game (Version 0, and the games would be V 16 and V 32). So is just a safe choice to do.

Seems over exaggerative. I'd assume the date and times of saves go by your ds time, not a server time. There also shouldn't be any reason your save data info would go to Nintendo.

Read further back. Any of us that actually did go online and used the Plaza did store all the information from the systems including the dates. If they know they banned users that played on those dates and you reuse the same save it's obvious you were using a hacked system.

Yeah, I'm in that camp too. That's why I'm feeling so paranoid - I did a Wonder Trade just hours before the bans rolled out and I wasn't touched.
I've got no reason to doubt that they're going to do another wave of bans, which sure doesn't help the anxiety.

I feel you on this so much, I went on GTS, wonder traded a few times, other stuff.. probably makes my ban risk higher lol. It was only on one system fortuently enough, though.

Yep, there's not a single trace of it left on my 3DS. Deleted the game, .cia, save (stored on my PC), Activity Log info, all that stuff.
I doubt it'll even come close to guarantee safety should Nintendo really want to get every single offender, but I agree that it couldn't do any harm.

That is indeed correct. It's not the actual version it should be thus red flag (.cia cart leak, not the pre-download etc)

You need to update FBI to the latest version (2.4.2), you'll have to manually download the files etc.

(Use tikSweep if you ran the game wait till launch and clear it save your file to jksm or savedatafiler there were two versions v0.0 & 0.32 everyone banned had 0.0 you are most likely to get banned if you are online if you want to know if you're not banned check mario kart , friendlists , eshop)
What we been told people who own original cartridges have been banned too they been set bail 15 day bans pray we are on the same boat !!!!!!!

When I said that, I meant the game's entry in my Activity Log, not the whole thing - that would certainly be nice.
Just open it, flip to the page that the game is on, tap it, then tap the trash can on the bottom right.

Or got a legit copy early. The only issue that might arise from having Pokemon with early dates would be their legality in battles or trades. But that's only if they make any Pokemon obtained before 11/18 "illegal" on their servers. Which you can just fix with pkhex.
