0102 is for eshop, 2812 is for online services.

THis has been from personal experince so correct me somebody if this isn't correct
I'm (still) getting 0102 when trying to go online on cartdriges. :/ (Mario Kart 7 and Animal Crossing: New Leaf)

Ok, stupid question, what would be the process of importing the gamesave to a new CIA (Legit game or freeshop one).
Do I need to do extra stuff or just import it as usual?
Use JKSM (look it up) to export the save. You can then delete the cia. When you have the game, you use JKSM to import the save. (you can only import it once a save is created, so boot up the new, legit game and choose your language to create the save location)

Anyone who is already banned is wasting their time deleting the CIA and what not, you might as well keep it you're never going online with that DS again unless the ban is reversed or bypassed. Again the CIA can't be detected so no reason to get rid of it at all. I can understand the paranoia if you haven't been banned (better safe than sorry) but it really is overkill. Literally just stay offline, they can't (or won't) remotely check to see what you have installed and what you don't else every CFW user everywhere would have been banned long ago.

Awesome, thanks!

It would still make bans completely pointless. They're supposed to be scary. The idea is to make you want to NOT be banned, rather than "eh, I can just create a new NNID anyway."
It solves nothing. Might as well just not ban. Online games are different because you lose progress. Pirates wouldn't have anything to lose if their ID was banned and they could just make a new one and continue doing what they were doing.
There is a point to it. You lose everything related to the account, all purchases and all progress made. Its not a big deal to someone with nothing to lose but thats a high price for people that put a lot of time into it.

For those who have ran it though Internet wasn't quite precise

Well honestly if the ONline ban is only 15 days but the eShop ban is permanent, I can live with that. We can all update games and FIRMs other ways so we won't become useless, and even if you wanted to buy a legit game from eShop you couldn't so, just don't? Buy everything physical or get a new DS for legit digital purchases and be a good boy.

Yeah, but that's just backwards. "WE GOT"EM NOW. THEY CAN'T BUY GAMES FROM US ANYMORE BUT CAN PLAY ONLINE" - Nintendo
