Hello

I tried to install arm9loaderhax to an O3DS of my friend's. When Safea9lhInstaller finished, the 3DS shut down and, when booting, came to just a black screen. It does not respond to the test payload of arm9loaderhax, and it doesn't load Luma3DS at all. I've done 6 other 3DS's with no issue. Any help?

Extra: I've noticed that the 3DS's blue light stays on even if the SD card is not inserted. I think this behavior is different from normal.

If the 3DS does not blink the blue light and shut down without the SD card, this means that the A9LH wasn't installed sucesfully.

Crap.

What do I do now?

Did you tried turn it off and on again? [/just kidding

You can try the troubleshoot section on the Plailect's guide. Did you use it, right?

Do you have the right payload on the SD?
You are still on the 2.1 after the A9LH install?

I have
-Tried to delete the extdata for the Home Menu
-Tried the shutdown test payload (unsuccessful)
-Tried to boot Hourglass9.bin (start_Hourglass9.bin)
-Deleted the Luma config
-Tried to boot into Recovery Mode

The 3DS is able to flash its screen light for a second... but that's about it.

Dou you have a NAND backup? You can try hardmod it. I don't know what other thing you can do, maybe someone with more experience than me can help you.

If I have to hardmod, I've gotta get someone else to do so. I don't have any soldering materials.

Thanks, I'll try one more resource (and please, if anyone could help me here) and then I'll resort to the hardmod.
