Most likely the bans are filed with device ID and/or serial. Maybe ctcert as well. That's basically all the credentials you can trace back in a normal POST request to eshop.. with or without NNID.. so messing with NNID is probably useless.

iirc, that just uses NUS. So it should be fine. Basically you are banned from using account.nintendo, which is the OAuth2.0 API. (which in turn means you cant access ninja, eshop's main api)
Some guy talked about chaging device ID through ITCM and then disabling writing permissions to circumvent the restrictions on NN services.
This stuff all looks pretty meh, considering that the other method simply generates a LocalFriendCodeB that passes checks and possibly? could cause a hyperban.

EDIT: and well disabling write permissions to ITCM could be done with K9LH but I am not sure this will work lol

Everyone seems to be hurrying to the extreme and assuming it's a permanent ban. Header issues have always given a temp 15 day ban, give it some time. In the mean time, someone will work towards a potential fix. Honestly, as long as I can play online again at some point for Monster Hunter, I'm good.

The problem is 022-2812, that has never been a temp ban.

You can get the ticket or download a legit cia right away
nifty. does it have foreign crap? like it'd have the newest foreign games or whatever even if freeshop didn't? I'm confused how it's getting them I know freeshop relies on user donations but does ciangel just straight up download regardless of people donating the games?

I'd have to dig to find the old ban thread. First offences are usually just a temp from previous history. I only saw the other code though, but I can't access e-shop anyway since I'm on a region changed N3DS.
