Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

Its because Nintendo's error system is outdated and flawed. The confusion isnt helping because;

People are claiming to be banned from Playing Sun and Moon Online.
People are claiming to be banned from playing Sun and Moon OFFLINE.
People are claiming to be banned from just installing Sun and Moon without even playing it.
People are claiming to be banned from just installing A9LH and CFW without even having Pokemon Sun and Moon.

Posts on a9lh and cfw? Because I have Moon preloaded and I am not banned and I have a9lh + luma.

I deleted the game, its save file. I haven't went online or used any online feature yet. May I be banned these days or in the future? I mean the activity log is still there.

Activy log should not matter. People been having Pornhub and other Homebrew apps on thier log and as thier favourited title and nothing happened as of yet.

Reposting:

People who are banned, try to go online with any retail game, or Gateway/Sky3DS if you have one but played on .cia anyway for whatever reason.

It's possible that only your "console header" is banned, causing all installed apps to not work online, and retail games will work fine because they have separate headers in them.

Yeah, read the last 15 pages and you have someone saying that they got the same error code and all they did is have A9LH without even downloading/installing Sun and Moon. The 3DSHACK reddit is also getting questions on "How to remove CFW/A9LH" on thier Q&A thread. Its a big mess.

I can't check my 3DS now, but I played Moon online using the CIA on Gateway Emunand. I can access Miiverse just fine (through my browser).

Nah, you should be fine. I still have the game installed and I'm not banned. If you don't go online you should be fine. I'd also suggest not leaving the system in sleep mode with wifi on if you have the game installed. I have a theory......

All right. That just sounds weird I mean it should be 0 or 1. Either you can't if you're banned, either you can, but "some users" would be strange.

They already did. Nintendo just said it was a ban and asked them for a sun / moon game ID (printed on the cart). They didn't say anything about the length of the ban and I doubt they are even given that information.

I don't think they got a clear answer. Doubt they'll actually tell you "sorry, but your system is now permanently banned" if it was.

I'm not banned, so I can't confirm, but 2 banned users claimed that could get onto Miiverse, so..... idk.

Well, some people didnt get the nintendo services ban, just online play ban
