Ya you are NN banned. You can OPEN the eshop without an NNID but if you try to download anything they require an NNID and you can't make one because of your NN ban

According to the one who leak the rom, the guy name Lurantis change the version number to 0. Different from the official copy just to make it work I believe. So if people using Version number 0 which isn't the real number version, I doubt Nintendo will allow the pirated version to update.

Nope, I got 2812 and I've never even got so much as a warning before.
