I just downgraded my 3ds to 9.2.0-20U and I would like to know how to get emunand. I dont want to install arm9loaderhax.

Use Luma, and you can run emuNAND9 from homebrew to create an emuNAND.

But IMO, installing arm9loaderhax is now much easier, even easier than setting up emunand then installing menuhax.

I agree. You should better use arm9loaderhax, unless you know what you're doing

Arm9loaderhax with Luma3DS is highly recommended. If you don't want to use it, however, then I would recommend using menuhax with Luma3DS.

There are many benefits to installing arm9loaderhax, and there are no reasons not to.
