Recently my save file of Pokemon yellow 3DS version got corrupted. I'm not sure how did it happened. Anyway, right before it I made SD card backup. Is it possible to recover it? I didn't made save backup with JKsav manager

I tried to copy back to SD but unfortunately it didn't work. Maybe it got corrupted even before I did SD backup, but I'm not quiet sure about it since it worked on transferred console.

Is it just Pokémon yellow not working? If others, maybe it's a problem with your SD card. Perhaps try another one.

Just yellow. I did systemtransfer from old console to new and if I remember good, it still worked on new console. Later on while I was doing downgrading and stuff save got corrupted.

If you restore the NAND on the old console from prior to the downgrade, your Nintendo 3DS folder from the new console should work on it. May not help since it isn't likely to be your new console's fault but it's something to try. Good luck!!
