Use Save file manager, decrypt save file then restore edited main file. it should work again.

Not sure if this is the right thread to post, but can anyone make a PkHeX of a Pokemon I need for my PKMN Moon Team? Tried opening my save file back up on PKHeX and all I got was an error on PkHeX I cannot open.

Nevermind, I got the hang of using Sun and Moon's PKHeX now, can't wait to continue PKMN Moon~!

Seems that the latest builds gives alot of errors for me at least. It ends up that the changes you made before saving don't work.
