I downloaded Moon from that site and everytime when I'm trying to copy it to my SD card, it says that file is too large to be transferred to the SD. In a fact, I have around 30 GB left free space. Also I tried to copy it on other SD cards and still getting same thing. Does anyone has similar problem?

Oh, seems like problem is in my SD cards. They all are FAT32, but they are supposed to be FAT only. Does anyone knows how can I convert it to FAT without losing data? I'm not sure If I can just copy a9lh files to computer, convert it and then paste them back.

CIA or 3DS? If it's a 3DS, you have to split the rom with a tool.

If you're using a Gateway, backup the contents of your MicroSD, reformat it to exFAT, then copy everything back. Otherwise, the only reason I could think you're copying the ROM is to convert to CIA using Decrypt9, which can be done on a PC.
