Hacking Converting CIA to 3DS files?

I am searching all over google, but I am looking for a working, and good CIA to 3DS file converter, and also then to convert the 3DS to CIA converter as well. Is there a suggested one? I am new to the CFW scene and just wanted to know what was the best to use.

So how do i repack it to a .3ds file once I use braindump? the tutorial linked isnt very descriptive of whether I am repacking intoa .3ds file or not.

to convert 3ds to a cia use godmode9 to do it! and convert it on your 3ds! easy. but to convert cia to 3ds! I'm still trying to find a way! if I do ill be back!

Yes, you can do it with Decrypt9 or GM9.

I think you wouldn't be able to make working files for Sky3DS that way, as they have to be unmodified cartridge dumps, and 3ds files have more information than cia files?

I wouldn't know. I came into the scene when people were raving about svchax allowing legit CIAs to be installed on 10.3, so I never had the need to mess around with a flashcart.

You're right. They doesn't work in sky3ds
