I think that Sun thread you're seeing had the fake CIA.

@Thirty3Three the converted 3ds file dont show a banner and not starting.

I have a New 3DS XL with A9LH, 10.9 Sys Luma, 11.2 GW Emu, default boot to GW Emu with CTR-Boot9
I've tried to install the cia with the latest FBI and BigBlue but they fail.
FBI say "invalid NCCH"
Bad cia or bad gateway?

So since you guys told me that it wasn't working with rxtools, I went and installed luma3ds, but it fixed nothing. It stays at 0% on FBI forever without moving...

Anywho, I pre-loaded, and installed the leak over it, and didn't have the issue people are having.

Maybe as you said because you never launched the pre-loaded. I did (it was the first time I pre-loaded something so I wanted to know what it would do to launch it, stuff like that...) and then the leak would keep telling me to wait (unless I launch with FBI or use the seed in that other thread), even after uninstalling the pre-loaded and its ticket.

Ah, well, that answers that I mean I knew the pre-load wouldn't have launched, so I had no interest in testing haha!
