Hacking Update and DLC Mario Kart 8

Hi guys,

Its driving me nuts that i cant get MK 8 to work with the update and the DLC.
I've searched the forums and the internet but i cant get it to work.

So this is the problem:
I've downloaded the update from the new nusgrabber, i decrypted the update so that i have code, content and meta folders.
I copy the files to the sd card and overwrite the files on the SD card.

When i launch the game from loadiine it stays in a black screen.

Now i've read the u have to use the SSB methode but how does that work?!
I cant find anywhere a proper guide how to use that methode.

And if i applied the update, what are the steps to add the dlc in loadiine?

I am using MK 8 eur version.

Please help me, i'm stupid

Use smash bros method : insert ssbU disk in the Wii U and in loadiine seitting, choose tu run with ssb boot.

Are you sure you use the same dlc/update/game of the same region?

Yes i did.

So do i have to run this method every time?

And how to install dlc if game is updated

Another question, how to download the mercedes cars for free?
It says it needs internet so i cant download it...

If i select it, it is trying to update. When i choose no to try again it sends me back to the home screen

It wants to update your SSBU game. just install the latest smash bros update with wupinstaller.

Not if you're blocking system updates. As far as I know system updates and game updates are distributed through the same servers, so TubeHax blocks them.

If you want to update normally just disable tubehax/router blocking for a moment. But trust me, you will get way better download speeds on your computer.

Ok. Now i got this problem that i dont have a working program to download the updates. I've tried New Nusgrabber and NUSGrabberGUIv1.7. Could u guys recommand a software that gets the job done?
So if i download it i can just copy it to the sd card, no decrypting ect.?

Wait, are you still updating super smash bros? If so, you want to keep that update encrypted for use with wupinstaller.

Do u got a guide with the software i need to update that darn game?

Because like i said, none gets the job done. I rather use the normal way

You don't have to update smash to use SSBB launch mode. when it prompts you to update just say play anyway (without updating). It works fine.

Last question. Do u have a link how i can update the smash brosh so that i wont be prompted anymore?
And, do i have to use this method every time with my smash bros disc?

If you're on 5.5.1 just turn off your blocking for a brief time and go online with the wii u to update. it's the easiest. no need to mess with wup installer and nnu patcher.
