Good work on the save editor! I'm impressed to see a version out so quick.

Something is still up with the hat offsets, though. I'm getting wallpaper and stuff trying to get the new DLC hats.

EDIT: I got a bunch of "checksum doesn't match" errors but I'm not sure what I did. I didn't really move around PWPs, but they were edited still from the previous version.

EDIT2: Makes me delete the save at startup because it's corrupted :(

Is it not possible to put 4 waterfalls anymore? I decided to start a new game since this new update rolled out, and before I update to create a new town to use. My old town had 4 waterfalls just fine.

Here's what I'm trying to make at the moment, but it crashes at startup. Replacing the bottom left waterfall with beach lets it load without issue.

Amazing work! I've been messing with the creator and noticed some mistakes though.

Particularly a few item offsets seem to be wrong. The editor says its one item but in game it's something different.
Also: the current villagers show the wrong picture for the villager :)

I'm also seeing a few items that show up as question marks on my map and in my inventory.

edit: Im also getting the following error when I save after editing the location of the camp ground "checksum at 0x53424 doesnt match" (the game works fine when I imported the changes though)

I hope this helps you improve the editor. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!

This works fine on my mac?

I don't know the context but you shouldn't need any programs or anything to run this.. just a web browser. (and your 3ds)
Really??? When I would try to use it before it wouldn't read my garden.bin.... it would just sit on that main page for a long time

Edit: now it works but when I try to hit save changes it just opens a blank page

I'm just getting an 'Invalid AC:NL savegame file.' error all the time when I try to open the garden_plus.dat.

EDIT: Working now. Guess the site had to update for me first :)

I haven't been gaming for such a long time. Been mostly busy with sleep, hardware tinkering and checking GBAtemp frequently.

Hope you've had a good morning.

It's going alright thanks :) I know what you mean with gaming time. It's precious where I can get it these days.

    How are you doing?

There's also this thing where I'm hyperfocused at night and cannot get to sleep.

    @Maximumbeans, I'm doing alright, thanks.

That must be rough. Productive I'm sure but hard to balance with daily life

@Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Now I could go with soldering the contacts from the cable to the connector on the mobo, but doesn't sound like a good permanent solution.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Man, that's beyond my brain  I'm no good with hardware for now. I'd like to get into hardmods in future though
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Maybe start practice soldering. Get a cheap-ass soldering iron and follow some good YouTube tutorials.

Least my experience has gotten better than over a decade ago. My iron would constantly bump into components and break them.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Sounds good. I actually did soldering but like 16 years ago for school so uuuuh probably rusty haha
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Same here. I did soldering at school from a teacher who I honestly liked since he had plenty of good electronics experience.

@Maximumbeans, I had a friend who had a glass chess set for their birthday.

It was like all clear and fancy. Tbf I'm not too experienced with chess, but would like to learn someday.

    That sounds really cool
