TinyFormat is a small utility to format Sys/EmuNAND using FS:InitializeCtrFileSystem but without formating your SD card.

You can format SysNAND or EmuNAND without internet connection/format SD.
Very useful to unlink SysNAND or EmuNAND.

I have a question ,i have the 2ds 3d calibration error and i let him update from ,,Expert"(name of the Shop) then downgrade and want to use Tiny format so im not sure to get the error again...But i want to use the Eshop with emunand what should i do?

I have a SysNand + Emunand with Menuhax setup. I want to gift my N3DS to my brother but I need to format Emunand so my brother can still use Emunand but not with my NNID. If I use tinyformat to format my Emunand, will my setup still working and just the Emunand gets a factory reset? Thanx.

The Emunand will be factory reset, but do you plan to use Sysnand? Do you have A9LH or something?

I don't have a9lh and I never boot sysnand. I just need to have a clean Emunand so my brother can purchase his own stuff in the eShop and has his own friends list.

Is this still relevant in 2023 if I want to format my Emu(Red)Nand? If it is outdated please inform me about any other options.
