Hello!

This thread has in no way important questions in it that I did not know where to address!... Wait, yes it does.

So, I have a New 3DS under Reinand (last firmware) and would like to go to ARM9 to improve bootrate as I fear intempestive rebooting may end up being damaging. The question is : How to best do this? It is rather important as I feel lost and there are risks of bricking.

Another question : How can I dump my savegames from a cartridge / my MicroSD ? In a way that can be used later on ^^ (Example : From Pokemon X cartridge to Pokemon X CIA?)

Thanks for your answers!

You can use JKSM to transfer saves between cartridge and cia.

Will it be an issue if my N3ds is on 9.2 and my emunand on 11.1?

Will I keep my savegames and my emunand?

Thanks! Last question :

Do I make the ARM9 installation using a different SD from the one with my emunand on it?

ÉDIT : What about my CIAs?;(

You could just install a9lh separately, then do a CTRNAND transfer once you have a9lh installed to switch your emunand to sysnand, while retaining a9lh.

Finally done, I'm at the end and one of my tickets doesn't want to get restored... error 0xD8E08065

Error type -1 (101)
