"asked this question a couple of days ago but didn't get an answer"

what's up people, need some info and help here, so.. does tcpGecko works with Bayonetta and Zombiu? tried both of them, many times, with various different gecko versions but so far no good, it still freezes at the game's menu before I even try to connect, i tested it with Hyrule Warriors and it works fine, I suspect it might have something to do with my tcpgecko or the codehandler being outdated, i searched everywhere, downloded every single one that I found to no avail, so now I turn to you guys as my last resort, have you any idea of what is going on? would any of you be so kind as to pm me with the latest version of tcpgecko and codehandler? and if these games are incompatible, would you direct me to a compatibility list (if there is one), my console is NTSC, games downloaded through NUSGrabber, running fine without tcpgecko, so that's all the relevant data I could gather, hope it helps, thanks in advance.

Hello !
First things first, if you haven't go any answer that's because people are only interested on USB Loaders (freaking guest)

So !
No there's no compatibility list as far as i know :/
I already heard people saying that TCPGecko was working great with Bayonetta (i think they were talking about the 2)

If it worked with Hyrule Warriors, the problem come from the game itself not of your "outdated" TCPGecko but what i recommand you to do, is using the TCPGecko from the Homebrew App Store (HBAS) and see if it works, and if it doesn't try Geckiine.

And for the TCPGecko Client, i recommend JGecko (google it) from @BullyWiiPlaza

Once you've done all of these things, come and tell me if it worked !

That's it

I used TCPGecko with ZombiU and it worked. But that game uses a lot of pointer of pointer or pointer .. making it very hard to get a fixed address for cheatcode.
But you can edit your game in realtime if you manage to find all the values for your session. you just have to do it every time.

it was before loadiine or even Homebrew launcher was created.
I played it with the standalone TCPGecko (old, required two browser reloads, one for the kernel exploit 0x31, one of the app) and the game disc.

If you use loadiine, you should only need to enable the gecko option with the right IP address.
this game should work, I now only Splatoon which does not work due to conflicting memory.
I can give you my version, but it was for 5.3.2, not 5.5.x which wasn't released at that time either. so it's not an mp4
tell me if you really want that version, if you are on 5.5.1 it will be of no use to you. (and to me neither, I just updated last week)

yeah, you're right, it's not gonna work out for me since I'm on 5.5.0, I have installed my games to an external hard drive and all but these two titles boot fine with tcpgecko loaded to the memory, so it doesn't matter the method used, it's always the same result, I'll probably do some more reading on the subject, see if I can dig anything up, and if I do, I'll let you guys know, thanks for the intel and the willingness to help, if you wish, this thread can be closed now.
