Yes it is safe provided you are not using a hourly version of Luma other than the latest one (if you are using the stable Luma you are fine)
Physical Address Space Layout Randomization. Essentially, the places and layouts in physical memory (as opposed to virtual memory, which I am not getting into here) where things are stored is partly randomized every time the application is launched. This makes hacks harder, because they can't assume specific things will be in specific physical addresses, but there are ways to work it out.What is PASLR ?
Just download the stable version of Luma3DS.

Hey wait: Just updated my Luma trough SafeLuma Updater in my homebrew Launcher.
So now is updated to version 6.3
And now it restarted my system directly to Luma3DS v.6.3.1 configuration screen...
Do i have to setup everything again?
