Here we go: https://www.amazon.com/sp?_encoding...derID=&seller=A1OBC4BPUU4MOM&tab=&vasStoreID=

So, I'm a little short on cash, and want a New 3DS. I checked out this buyer, who is selling 3DSes new, ships within 2 days, and has the cheapest price available. What seems to be tipping me off is that the seller is fairly new, and is selling both the O3DSXL and the N3DSXL at the same price.

So, as the title might indicate, I want to know if this seller is legit. If it isn't, anyone know where I can find a new N3DS for cheap? If not, I guess I'll just buy refurbished from Nintendo.

Ask seller to provide a picture of the N3DS XL , if it looks legit buy it, its really not worth the risk for saving about $50-60 more you wont have risk,
2 options:
1)Get a picture from seller and try and match with google pictures to check if its legit
2)Save a bit more and eliminate the risk factor

Ikr thats why I said get a pic and try and match. also notice how the console says "3DS XL" and not N3DS XL , he may be using the term "New" as in brand new while trying to fool buyers
He has a n3ds XL in the picture, they're also both stock photos. There are also ways around showing up on tineye and other reverse searches so I wouldn't even trust that. Try buying used from kijiji

Alright, thanks everyone. I suppose I'll just buy a 3DS refurbished from Nintendo.
