Hmm the only thing I did not like was the name they should have kept it as the nintendo nx or went with nintendo duo in my opinion.

An even better name for the switch would have been to call the base unit STATION and the screen PLAY and when the screen is in the base it would be called a PLAYSTAT dammit forget what I was saying please as that combined name ain't gonna work lol

This doesn't seem like they're repeating the same mistakes as the Wii U to me, they're getting good third party game support from the start, which was one of the main issues with the Wii U.

Exactly this is everything the wiiu should have been plus a lot more. Also with Square Enix on board it pretty much guarantees the switch will be a huge success in Japan at least.

Damn I thought that was Wii.U backwards compatability (somehow) with mk8 and splat own. But now that you guys point out it is mk9, does that mean that is splatoon 2?!

Nintendo never said it was splatoon 2 but I would be surprised if it was not a follow up after the huge success of the first game.
