Hacking Cant enter to JPN ESHOP...

Hello... i have a 3DS 11.1 EUR with LUMA and ARM9 and i used this tutorial for change the region to JPN because i want download Dragon Ball Fusions update and i dont find it in any place. Well i try enter but give me error 007-2001. I already did a JPN NNID. Someone help me please! Im on sysnand without emunand if that help.

I don't think you can access the eshop on a region changed 3ds. Just download a update .cia for the game.

you could use freeshop to download the update.

There is a way to access the eShop on a region-changed NAND, but it is a messy process that involves having 3 seperate NNIDs on 3 different SD cards and its just a pain. You are best just manually downloading the cia and install it with FBI/BBM/whatever cia installer you like.

Guys the problem here its than update cia dont exist on internet because that i get in this... problem.
And its is so hard why i readed this: After this process, only New 3DSs which have never accessed the eShop before and any Old 3DSs will be able to access the eShop after creating a new NNID on their new region. Region changed New 3DSs that have already accessed the eShop on their original region cannot create a new NNID and access the eShop on their new region! Mine its a OLD... should can enter to Eshop.

My 2DS couldn't enter the eShop even aftet creating a NNID, and it's considered an old 3DS. :/ I'm starting to believe that without the 3 SD card trick, you can't enter the eShop on a region changed console.

WOW i pressed the enter button and send 4 times the same message without my permission. Please some mod delete all less first... (this one too) Or at least my computer its so bad than i saw same message 4 times... now i reloaded and only see it one time o.o

If you can't access the eShop, there's nothing you can do. :/

You need :
- A SD card A with an emunand from the source region and a nnid linked
- A SD card B with an emunand from the source region with no nnid linked
- A SD card C with a japanese emunand with a nnid linked
(If you don't have enough sd card, just switch your emunand)
Then
- Go to the eshop on the emunand of the sd card A (should work normally)
- Reboot your console then go to the eshop on the emunand of the sd card B (should throw an error)
- Reboot your console then go to the eshop on the emunand of the sd card C (should work now)
It mays work on sysnand too, but didn't test it.

If it takes several tries to not work, that's your sign to stop and give up. Seriously. :/ Or do the 3 SD card trick.

even you do have a working secureinfoA... you can't download the update right now

If you don"t have enough SD Cards follow this:

You first need to enter to your original region eShop with an NNID, if you don"t have one create one (note that purchases will be tied to that NNID), after that you need to open your eShop without an NNID, you can inject a blank NNID to make it quickier, you can get an already blank file from here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-how-to-bypass-nnid-bans-miiverse-online-eshop-etc.417999/
After that when you try to connect to your original region eShop without the NNID you should get an error, that"s alright power off the console; after that you will be able to enter to the changed region eShop, only note that your original region eShop will stop working meanwhile, so if you want to use your original region eShop again you need to make the same process.

EDIT: i writte some info about my progress until u get online for still with convo.

Sysnand JPN - NNIND LINKED
Emunand 1 EUR (i am EUR) - NNIND LINKED
Emunand 2 EUR - NNIND NO LINKED

First i start with Emunand 1 enter to Eshop and give me error 022-2634 and dont let me enter to shop. Without click accept i press off button and turn it off.
Then i still going with Emunand2 enter to Eshop and how dont have NNIND LINKED let me enter to EUR Shop... i see the main stuff... then i press off button without get our and turn it off.
Last i enter to Sysnand JPN with NNIND LINKED enter to Eshop and give me error 007-2001 D:
I dont know what did wrong.
