Wayy back(prob 2008/09) my uncle hacked my Wii to get backups of all his games(using USB Loader) off of a hard drive, and I also have VBAGX on a separate SD card.

What else can I install on the SD Card? And how do I add my own ISOs to the hard drive?

You can add your own isos with WBFS Manager or Wii Backup Manager or convert wbfs to fat32.

There's a lot of homebrews you can install on the SD card, media-players, browser, emulators ETC. and if you want to add your own ISOs it depends on what your uncle ussed to put the games on the hard-drive, if you conect the hard-drive to your PC and it can read it, check for the WBFS Folder, there are your games, if you want to add your own use Wii backup Manager like DismissedGuy said.
