I like many other had basehax running but since my system upgraded to 11.1 i have no use for it as its patched, so heres how to do it.

Things You Need:
-Computer
-PKHeX

-Powersaves
Or
Homebrew Save Manager
I Use JKSM Bank Homebrew
http://gbatemp.net/threads/release-...-cia-save-manager.413143/page-99#post-6701558
(Scroll down to JK's post about bank)

1. First You Need To Deposit All Pokemon In PC (INCLUDING BATTLE BOX, Just For Precaution) Then Back Up Your Current Save.

2. In PKHeX Go To The "SAV" Tab And Click "Save Box Data" Then Click Yes To Save All Your Boxes In A pcdata.bin File.

3. Inject a save file from before you installed basehaxx (Powersaves Or Homebrew)

4. Use JKSM Bank (Select Pokebank Then Cartridge) Export Your Recently Restored Save.

5.Back To PKHeX With Your Exported Save. File-->Open Find The pcdata.bin File You Just Saved. Your Boxes From Your Previous Save Should Load Into The Now Restored "Current" Save. File--->Export SAV The "main" Save File Back To Your SD Card.

6. Back To JKSM Same As Step 4 EXCEPT Youre Gonna Import The "main" Save File From PKHeX To Your Cartridge.

7. Play Your ORAS (Go To Your Base To Verify Its Back To Normal)
Also Ive Noticed You Cant Change Your Bases Name After You Do This, Even If You Create A New Base But Its Better Than A System Crash So...

This requires you having already made a backup before you installed basehaxx. You could have have just said "Step 1: Inject a save file from before you installed basehaxx."

As such, I cannot imagine that this will be particularly helpful to many people, as there are quite a few people that did not make a backup of their save file before they installed basehaxx (although they should have). In addition, it seems that Powersaves isn't necessary at all, considering that you're using a homebrew save manager anyway.

This is not a 'noob-friendly' tutorial, and doesn't 'uninstall' basehaxx in any way, as you're merely overwriting a hax'd save file with one that does not have basehaxx installed.

What does uninstalling basehaxx consist of? How would you know it was removed? Does being able to rename your secret base mean that it was uninstalled since you would be prompted to rename your base instead of launching the hax?

AFAIK theres no way to rename your base, after this (even when changing to a new base sinve ive tested it), the option doesnt exist but youll know basehaxx is gone because you cant rename it. It depends on how important renaming your base is to you.

@Xiphiidae
Thanks for the feedback, you may not see it as helpful but that doesnt mean it isnt. Powersaves is the only way i couldve recovered a previous save soooo yea to certain ppl powersaves MAY be neccesary, even a noob would understand that if the have a previous save on their SD then they can use that OR they couldve lost homebrew in a desperate attemp to delete the hax you cant know that. I did this to help not to be reprimanded because you dont see the use of it.

Also seeing as theres no way to remove it without changing your save (restarting or my method) then i think this is the only way unless you have a fancy save file decrypter lying around?

I found a way that allowed me to rename my secret base after bashaxx was installed. The first time I did it, I had to reinstall basehaxx since after I was able to rename it I was unable to launch basehaxx again.

1. Go to secret base PC.
2. Edit secret team settings -> Change team slogan.
3. Change your team slogan to anything you want.
4. Go back one menu screen and it should say "Team ?????????(what your slogan is)'s Base at the top of the screen. "123" was what I renamed my slogan to without parenthesis or quotations.
5. Edit team settings -> Change team name.
6. You should hopefully be able to change your team name.

This was done on a digital version of Alpha Sapphire.

Whether this completely removes the hax, I do not know. But you should now be able to rename your base. You will however need to reinstall basehaxx again as you can no longer launch it.

Im glad it worked out for you and in a much simpler way kudos

Maybe you could test to see if you change your base will it have the ????????????'s base going on meaning its still installed or if its completely back to normal. I know when i had basehaxx i would change bases and it would still have the crazy name and try to launch the hax. If it actually uninstalls it ill add it to the OP
